About the role
As a CMP Maintenance Equipment Technician, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. This role supports the CMP equipment team.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CMP fab equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to eliminate recurring tool failures
- Improve system performance to meet process requirements and increase tool reliability
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret tool performance data
- Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures
- Partner with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects
- Communicate equipment status during daily verbal pass down meetings
- Provide written communication to engineers and technicians across shifts
What you'll need
- Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Capability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing appropriate attire and PPE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
