About the role
This role involves technical development in the CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) engineering area under a 24/7 operating system, focusing on Level Owner duties for development devices.
What you'll do
- Drive CMPプロセス開発, including new equipment and material evaluations.
- Conduct and evaluate exfoliation inspections accompanying new material introductions.
- Respond promptly and accurately to CMPプロセス異常品 and 膜厚計測エラー in development lots.
- Collect and analyze data for chronic process issues and escalate to development departments.
- Promote サイクルタイム改善活動 for development lots in collaboration with mass production departments.
What you'll need
- Experience with Level Owner duties (process setup, process improvement evaluation, SPC management, redundant equipment deployment).
- Ability to utilize AI-enabled tools, automation, and data analytics.
- Experience with a 4-day, 4-off shift system, including day and night shifts.
