About the role
This role involves executing key phases of semiconductor wafer chuck manufacturing, including mechanical assembly, clean room operations, and final inspection.
What you'll do
- Complete assemblies and subassemblies, and operate precision measuring equipment.
- Perform fine cleaning activities and complete clean room tasks.
- Bond and assemble small components and assemblies.
- Clean, inspect, and verify components and assemblies meet quality requirements.
- Perform final inspection of finished products using precision measurement equipment.
- Package finished goods and prepare for customer shipment.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years relative experience in at least one of the critical Finishing functions.
- Experience with clean room operations.
- Experience with interferometer equipment, lapping equipment and precision measuring equipment.
- Experience with precision measurement methods and systems.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings/blueprints and process procedures.
- Experience with networked PC based computer system (spreadsheets, Email, MRP systems).
