About the role
This role supports TSMC Arizona's Building Construction Department on a new fab project, overseeing code interpretation, project planning, resource monitoring, interface coordination, quality, safety, and security.
What you'll do
- Ensure CSA design compliance with local codes and regulations. - Manage overall project schedules, resource allocation, and construction material monitoring. - Plan and manage logistics on the construction site and coordinate interfaces between contractors. - Manage construction permits, payments, change orders, and communications with authorities. - Inspect and document the construction site while managing safety, quality, and security. - Monitor design progress with consultants and identify potential schedule risks.
What you'll need
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in the U.S. in CSA construction or a related field. - In-depth understanding and practical experience with international building regulations and construction sequence. - Willingness to work in a clean room environment. - Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, graphic software such as AutoCAD, and BIM software such as Revit. - Professional Engineer license.
