About the role
This role involves coordinating, monitoring, and continuously improving Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes across multiple software engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Coordinate CI/CD activities across multiple software development programs.
- Monitor build, integration, testing, and deployment pipelines for execution status and compliance.
- Facilitate software release planning, readiness reviews, and deployment coordination activities.
- Track and communicate pipeline health, release metrics, risks, issues, and action items.
- Partner with development and quality engineering teams to improve delivery efficiency and software quality.
- Support configuration management, release management, and change management activities.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting software development, release management, DevOps, CI/CD, or program coordination activities.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of source control, build management, automated testing, content merges across streams and deployment processes.
- Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and status reporting for technical teams.
