About the role
This role involves developing, defining, and executing plans for chipset programs from initiation through delivery.
What you'll do
- Develop, define, and execute plans including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
- Monitor and drive programs from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build technical and program understanding to drive global teams across program life cycles from product concept to commercialization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, channel requirements, and drive consensus on development schedules, plans, and processes.
- Establish execution discipline and communication processes, including risk management, escalation, mitigation, and executive reporting.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews, and coordinate or assure compliance with design/department checklists and procedures.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
- Direct experience in semiconductor development and/or manufacturing.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7 years of Program Management or related work experience.
- 3 years of experience working with digital SOC and/or mixed-signal baseband and/or RF chips in a chip or chipset program management role.
- 3 years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership.
- 2 years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- 2 years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts.
