About the role
Lead product execution for Automotive ASIL-B/D SoCs and Data Center SoCs within the AI & Chip Engineering team. The role serves as the central design point of contact across cross-functional engineering teams from definition through post-silicon productization.
What you'll do
- Partner with Systems, Marketing, Product Engineering/Test Engineering, and Architecture teams to define parts and make architecture decisions. - Collaborate with IP, Technology, and packaging partners to evaluate and select IP, packaging, and technology options. - Coordinate across SoC execution functions—including frontend, verification, AMS, DFT, Emulation, Validation, and Physical implementation—to resolve cross-functional handoffs. - Interface with post-silicon evaluation teams (functional and analog Validation, Characterization, Application, and Software) to resolve design issues. - Work with the Program Management Office to define dependencies, project plans, resource demands, and workload allocations. - Mentor engineering team members across multiple functional areas.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - At least 15 years of design development experience. - At least 5 years of experience leading complete design and design functions. - Experience leading global cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- MS in Electrical Engineering. - Experience leading designs in smaller geometries.
