About the role
This role involves developing, implementing, and managing manufacturing methods and processes within the production area. The position focuses on discrete semiconductors, specifically Diodes, Rectifiers, and TVS.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and manage manufacturing methods, processes, and sequences of operations.
- Define process requirements, working procedures, and provide equipment recommendations for product lines.
- Execute Process-FMEA analyses to identify and eliminate operational risks.
- Define process control methodologies and manage statistical process control systems.
- Liaise with Quality Assurance on customer inquiries and with Design Engineers for new product launches.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemical, or Material.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diffusion process.
- Familiarity with wafer Fab process or Diode/MOS process.
- Good English speaking ability or TOEIC 600 above.
