About the role

The Change Management Specialist supports the successful delivery of critical global initiatives across AGS Field Service Operations by driving adoption, readiness, and sustained change. This role applies structured, Prosci-based change management practices to enable people-side adoption and business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Embed within programs to plan and execute change management activities aligned to the Prosci 3-Phase Methodology.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments to inform tailored change strategies.
• Develop and execute integrated change plans covering communications, training, readiness, and reinforcement.
• Coach executive sponsors and people managers to effectively fulfill their change roles.
• Design clear, actionable, and audience-appropriate change communications for a global, field-based population.
• Define and track adoption and readiness indicators aligned to program outcomes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience delivering change management for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated applied experience with Prosci methodology and ADKAR.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across functions and regions.

Nice to have

• Prosci certification.
• Experience supporting Field Service, Operations, or technically oriented organizations.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting change approaches to program maturity and regional context.
• Experience contributing to shared frameworks, standards, or communities of practice.
