About the role

As a Cellular Modem RF Software Engineering Program Manager, you will oversee programs for cellular baseband modems to meet performance, quality, and schedule requirements. The position focuses on RF software development, integration, and pre- and post-silicon RF verification.

What you'll do

- Partner across hardware and software engineering teams to manage schedule, quality, and performance requirements. - Identify and resolve key bottlenecks and interdependencies across complex engineering projects. - Communicate overall program status and deliver executive presentations to support decision-making. - Manage deliverables spanning RF software development, integration, pre/post-silicon RF verification, and cellular RF features.

What you'll need

- BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience. - Hands-on engineering management/leadership or program/project management experience in the FW/SW domain. - Proven experience in wireless modem Layer 1 / RF Software development and/or RF verification.

Nice to have

- Understanding of the development lifecycle for embedded software and firmware. - Knowledge of cellular modem baseband building blocks and software layers. - Understanding of RF transceiver and RF front end components control for cellular modems. - Knowledge of RF Cellular major features, real-time requirements, and associated challenges. - Experience in wireless standards (5G-NR, 4G LTE, UMTS, GSM, CDMA).
