About the role
This role is responsible for process support of equipment in the Etch Process workshop to meet increased demand.
What you'll do
- Monitor and manage process activities.
- Ensure equipment performance and availability.
- Ensure product quality.
- Provide technical expertise on equipment, including new equipment startup.
- Support and technically train process and production technicians.
- Manage projects to improve equipment and process performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality policy, safety, and environmental rules.
What you'll need
- Engineering degree with a preference for materials science, microelectronics, or semiconductors.
- Operational English.
- Proficiency in IT tools (office automation).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools like Lean.
