About the role
As a Software Engineer in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), you will join a software design team focused on embedded systems design techniques, software development processes, and tools.
What you'll do
- Develop, write, and debug code for real-time embedded systems architectures. - Work with embedded software tools, Software Development Kits (SDKs), and TI device architecture. - Follow foundational software development processes and the software development lifecycle. - Navigate software IP licensing and open source requirements. - Gain exposure to software applications, software systems, and test engineering through formal learning and projects.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
Nice to have
- C and C++ programming skills. - Familiarity with assembly language programming. - Solid understanding of software engineering processes and the full software development lifecycle.
