About the role

This role is for a Reliability Engineer participating in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), focusing on driving reliability performance across the entire product lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with technology, packaging, and development teams to assess product quality and long-term reliability for new product introductions.
  • Evaluate how designs, materials, and manufacturing processes impact product launch and sustained field performance.
  • Define requirements for components and systems, validate them through rigorous reliability testing, and recommend optimization in component selection.
  • Champion best engineering practices, advanced statistical process controls, and innovative tools.
  • Proactively identify potential product or process failures using AI and new reliability acceleration techniques.
  • Ensure all products meet or exceed company, customer, and industry reliability standards through cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll need

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering or related degree.
  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in semiconductor/packaging reliability, failure mechanisms, and industry standards (AEC, JEDEC).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
  • Ability to quickly master new systems, tools, and technical processes.
