What you'll do
- Set the operating plan to get the right products to customers on time - Focus on new product ramps and improving cycle times on existing products - Ensure start plan execution at factories and monitor product support - Identify weaknesses in customers' supply chain and implement optimal solutions - Improve inbound/outbound transportation flows and optimize the network of finished goods - Manage delivery of products directly to customers
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field - Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders - Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes - Ability to take the initiative and drive for results - Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
