About the role

This role involves analyzing complex business problems and providing technology solutions, focusing on re-engineered processes and automated systems. This position specifically supports Lam Global Operations (GOPs) teams and involves architectural design for business processes and solutions, with a strong emphasis on SAP ERP systems and custom applications.

What you'll do

• Support Lam Global Operations (GOPs) teams by understanding operational needs and determining technology solutions.
• Provide analysis and deep insights into business needs, aligning with corporate initiatives, business units, and IT strategies.
• Architect and design business processes and systems solutions.
• Serve as a Business Systems Analyst in projects covering all phases from inception through post-mortem.
• Run meetings and forums to drive technology and business strategy, solutions, and execution.
• Track and drive tasks to closure, escalating as required.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years' experience.
• Experienced SAP PP Consultants (10+ years).
• SAP PP expertise with PP–SD integration knowledge.
• Strong hands-on experience in Variant Configuration.
• Hands-on experience with OBOM / Project System BOM / Super BOM.
• Experience in demand-driven and MRP-based planning.
• Strong knowledge of production order processing and execution.
• Exposure to subcontracting / operation subcontracting scenarios.
• Deep functional and fundamental knowledge of Lead/Opportunity management, Customer & Sales Collaboration, Demand Configuration & Management, BOM Management, Production Planning & Sequencing, Materials Management, Production Order Execution, Inventory Management, Customer Risk Management & Analytics.
• Strong functional and technology background in SAP ERP systems (ECC and S/4, preferably), especially Advanced Variant Configuration, Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM) and custom home-grown applications.
• Experience in managing and working with Managed Services support consultants.
• Experienced in working with globally spread teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience writing software requirements and test specifications.
• Ability to understand business functionality and translate into business use cases.
• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and system architecture standards.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases, including Planning (Blueprint and Spec), Designing (Technical Spec and prototyping), Test Plans (Unit Testing and User acceptance testing), Training/Documentation (Roll-out), Cut-over, and Project Closure (Post-Mortem).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated cross functional team leadership experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.
• Skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team.
