About the role

This role supports strategic planning, program management, and business analytics while maintaining operating cadence and informing organizational decision-making.

What you'll do

- Assist in creating and maintaining an operating rhythm playbook for a growing organization. - Support program management for key meetings, forums, and technical projects. - Help prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews. - Contribute to dashboards, trackers, and scorecards for performance visibility. - Assist with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to provide business insights. - Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality requirements in documentation, including part numbers and shipment conformity.

What you'll need

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with SQL. - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Nice to have

- Experience in business operations, analytics, or strategy. - Familiarity with Tableau or similar visualization tools. - Exposure to project management concepts and supply chain processes.
