About the role
This role involves performing corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance tasks on semiconductor support tools to improve equipment availability, reliability, and maintainability.
What you'll do
- Monitor equipment in assigned process areas and identify tool issues.
- Create and modify procedures and preventative maintenance specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor tool issues to resolution.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on tools.
- Establish relationships to drive strong communication and collaboration across production teams.
What you'll need
- AAS in Mechanical or Electronics Technology or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- At least 3 years of equipment maintenance experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Marcy, NY, on Front End Nights (Sunday to Tuesday with alternating Saturdays off, 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM shifts).
