About the role
As a Biomedical Intern at Analog Devices, you will support the development of innovative healthcare and digital health technologies through data analysis, research, and cross-functional collaboration. Working alongside experienced engineers and scientists, you will contribute to projects involving biomedical signal processing, clinical data analysis, algorithm development, and healthcare technology solutions.
What you'll do
- Analyze and interpret clinical and biomedical data to support digital health and disease management initiatives.
- Assist with clinical validation activities, data collection, and research studies.
- Support the development and evaluation of algorithms for biomedical signal processing and health monitoring applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, firmware, and systems engineers.
- Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate technical findings and project outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare technologies and medical systems.
What you'll need
- Understanding of human physiology, biomedical systems, or healthcare-related technologies.
- Ability to analyze data and apply statistical methods to support research and engineering activities.
- Foundational knowledge of signal processing concepts and their application to biomedical data.
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and algorithm development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.

- Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Coursework, research, or internship experience related to biomedical engineering, digital health, signal processing, machine learning, or healthcare technologies.
- Familiarity with clinical data analysis, biomedical sensors, or health monitoring systems.
- Exposure to clinical research, human subject studies, or healthcare applications is a plus.
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, or statistical analysis tools is preferred.
