About the role
This role involves the design, development, testing, characterization, and documentation of new and existing RF products.
What you'll do
- Perform design, development, testing, characterization, and documentation of new and existing RF products.
- Support R&D in the execution of advanced development projects and strategic technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Marketing teams.
- Act as 2nd level support for customer inquiries by providing technical information and supporting engineering evaluations.
- Contribute to development projects while ensuring compliance with established project management and documentation procedures.
- Support laboratory activities including test setup, product characterization, data analysis, and prototype evaluation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- RF and Microwave Engineering Fundamentals.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Technical Communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities.
- Results-Oriented Approach.
Nice to have
- CAD and Simulation Software (Solidworks, Ansys).
- Laboratory Equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Teamwork.
- Presentation and Knowledge-Sharing Skills.
