About the role

This role supports product quality and reliability throughout the product lifecycle by driving issue resolution, quality improvement initiatives, and customer quality activities.

What you'll do

  • Support investigation and resolution of product quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and the development of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze product, manufacturing, and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality teams to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Contribute to customer quality responses, technical reports, and quality documentation.
  • Support quality management systems, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of quality engineering principles and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in quality engineering, product engineering, manufacturing, or test engineering.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, SPC, or Six Sigma.
  • Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, product development, reliability, testing, or quality systems.
  • Experience analyzing technical, manufacturing, or quality-related data.
