About the role
As an Associate Design Engineer, you will assist in the design and development of DC/DC converter and/or AC/DC system products using proprietary technology.
What you'll do
- Assist in the electrical design and component selection for products.
- Perform simulation and testing of designs.
- Contribute to PCB layout.
- Help generate the full documentation package for designed products.
- Interface with internal organizations and external customers.
What you'll need
- BSEE with 0 - 2 years of power electronics design experience.
- Strong bench skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Excellent team and individual contributor skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand technical materials and concepts.
Nice to have
- Previous CO-OP or Internship experience.
- Knowledge of high frequency switching power supply topologies.
- Knowledge of control architectures.
