About the role
This role is responsible for assembling products according to specifications and ensuring quality control standards are met.
What you'll do
- Assemble varied electronic products, consistently meeting quality standards.
- Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and report potential defects.
- Communicate daily with supervisor and colleagues in all manufacturing areas.
- Work with the manufacturing team to meet production schedules.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding potential product and assembly process improvements.
- Comply with all company policies and programs, including ethics, conduct, safety, security, ISO, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Previous assembly experience.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal assembly instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with team and management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
