About the role
As an Applications Engineer, you will work as a technical liaison in the field to support customers in the design and application of products. You will evaluate customer requirements regarding systems applications and troubleshoot engineering issues in the field.
What you'll do
- Act as a technical liaison in the field to support customers in the design and application of company products. - Troubleshoot system applications upon customer request and resolve engineering issues regarding systems application. - Evaluate customer requirements regarding systems application and administer the technical, technological, and functional aspects of proposals. - Participate in seminars, conferences, and meetings to represent MPS and promote products in the field.
What you'll need
- BS/BE or higher in Electrical Engineering. - Understanding of schematics and layouts (PCB design tools). - Experience with laboratory equipment to analyze analog circuits. - Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across different functions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in analog power management electronics, DC-DC converter design and implementation, and passive selection.
