What you'll do
- Lead difficult and complex application activities and teams.
- Execute evaluations and demos at customer sites with high involvement in the Statement of Work (SOW) and commitment schedule.
- Interface with customers regarding technical requirements analysis and schedule.
- Define and approve product application support plans for installation.
- Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
- Analyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities from the product division to the customer application support team.
What you'll need
- In-depth understanding of customer technologies, including Epi and FEP.
- Practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Experience leading small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
