What you'll do
- Technically lead complex application activities and execution teams through the work cycle until solution implementation. - Lead beta sites, evaluations, and demonstrations at customer sites, maintaining direct involvement in the SOW and commitment schedule. - Interface with customers regarding technical requirements analysis, schedule alignment, and customer technical review meetings. - Define and approve product application support plans for installation. - Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications. - Analyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities in the system envelope from the product division to the customer application support team.
What you'll need
- Conceptual and practical expertise in application engineering and customer support within semiconductor equipment. - Experience managing customer site evaluations, beta sites, demos, and SOW commitments. - Demonstrated ability to analyze customer technical requirements and resolve critical technology gaps. - Experience developing methodologies to optimize system performance and transferring technical capabilities from product divisions to support teams.
