What you'll do
- Lead complex application activities and teams.
- Execute evaluations and demos at customer sites with involvement in the Statement of Work and commitment schedule.
- Interface with customers regarding technical requirements analysis and scheduling.
- Define and approve product application support plans for installation.
- Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
- Analyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities from product division to the customer application support team.

- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline.
- Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others, including awareness of competition.
- Ability to lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Experience solving complex problems and taking new perspectives on existing solutions.
- Capability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
