About the role
This role focuses on developing and implementing metrology solutions within the eBeam/SEM domain. You will work with customer technologies to address critical gaps in their processes.
What you'll do
- Define and implement metrology solutions addressing customer gaps.
- Interface with customers regarding technical requirements, analyses, and schedules.
- Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
- Perform CnFs and qualification of new metrology approaches.
- Analyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities within the system envelope to customer sites.
- Lead customer technical review meetings.
What you'll need
- Metrology and Inspection expertise in eBeam/SEM domain.
- Strong data analytic skill.
- Thorough in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps.
- At least 2 years of proven experience with operating SEM metrology systems in the semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated capability to lead projects from kick-off till completion, with clear planning and periodic/final reporting.
Nice to have
- Programming experience is a plus.
