About the role
This Analytical Lab Co-Op supports the testing and characterization of high-purity materials used in semiconductor manufacturing. This role offers valuable exposure to analytical chemistry, contamination control, safety practices, and the critical processes used to ensure semiconductor materials meet stringent quality and performance requirements.
What you'll do
- Conduct analytical testing of semiconductor materials.
- Analyze and report laboratory data.
- Support operation and maintenance of analytical instruments.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
- Familiarity with university requirements to participate in a co-op program.
