About the role

This role involves leading a team of analog design engineers to build analog and mixed-signal IPs for integration into the mmWave Radar front-end sub-system.

What you'll do

  • Lead a team of analog design engineers to build analog and mixed-signal IPs (PLLs, ADCs, DACs, filters, LDOs).
  • Assess system-level requirements for Radar application.
  • Drive architectural analysis to balance power, performance, and die area.
  • Oversee design implementation and ensure thorough verification for first-pass silicon success.
  • Review post-silicon performance reports and drive debug actions.
  • Define and execute IC design R&D roadmaps.

What you'll need

  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Analog IC design.
  • 7+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal nanometer CMOS IC design.

Nice to have

  • PhD degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Analog IC design.
  • Experience demonstrating design ownership of analog/mixed signal IPs, with experience in PLLs or data converters.
  • Experience with lab measurements and driving post-silicon debugs.
  • Experience in mentoring design engineers on design and debug methodologies and helping execute on-time IP delivery.

Skills: Analog IC design, mixed-signal nanometer CMOS IC design, Radar application, architectural analysis, post-silicon debugs
