About the role
As an Analog Design Manager, you will direct and guide activities for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating analog and mixed-signal electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and hardware systems. This role leads the Wide VIN Bucks design team, which is focused on high-performance DC-DC buck regulators for industrial and automotive applications, owning buck converters with input voltages above 60V.
What you'll do
- Lead and drive design execution for multiple Wide VIN buck regulator projects from concept to production.
- Provide deep technical leadership in switching regulators, especially buck converters.
- Mentor and develop engineers through hands-on technical guidance, design reviews, and architectural direction.
- Collaborate with systems and cross-functional teams to define competitive product specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs aligned with business and product goals.
What you'll need
- Strong experience in analog/power management IC design with deep expertise in switching regulators and buck converters.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing design teams and delivering complex products to market.
- Strong execution mindset with ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience working across systems, architecture, verification, layout, validation, and product engineering teams.
- Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in industrial and/or automotive power products.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
