About the role

This role involves directing and guiding the activities of a technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating analog and mixed-signal electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry.

What you'll do

  • Direct and guide activities for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating analog and mixed-signal electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry.
  • Evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports outlining the outcome of technical projects.
  • Make recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.

What you'll need

  • Master's degree in electrical engineering.
  • 10 years of experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
