About the role

This role involves leading an Analog IC design team with product ownership from definition to release to manufacturing.

What you'll do

  • Lead an Analog IC design team with product ownership and responsibility from definition to release to manufacturing.
  • Guide and participate in designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits.
  • Provide design guidance, develop schedules, and monitor progress for team assignments.
  • Evaluate intermediate and final project results during design and silicon evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Design Verification teams to ensure completion of technical tasks before PG.
  • Interface with customers and/or TI field sales/applications teams to understand customer designs and provide support.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • > 7 Years of Analog Design experience.
  • Experience leading full project (Chip lead) or Analog design lead.
  • Strong understanding of signal processing, analog design principles, including low-noise, low-distortion, and low-power circuits.

Nice to have

  • Deep expertise in analog/mixed-signal circuit design including transistor-level design, simulation, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of CMOS device physics, process technology, and design for test.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills; including silicon debug.
  • Experience designing for functional safety applications.
