Analog IC Design Engineer
About the role
This role involves leading an Analog IC design team with product ownership, from definition through release to manufacturing. The team develops solutions for high-growth markets like AI-driven data centers and emerging domains such as humanoid systems, working on a spectrum of IPs including BG, Supply monitors, LDO, ADC, Comparator, DAC, and PLL.
What you'll do
- Lead an Analog IC design team with product ownership and responsibility from definition to manufacturing release.
- Direct, guide, and participate in designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits.
- Make assignments for team members, provide design guidance, develop schedules, and monitor project progress.
- Evaluate intermediate and final project results during design and silicon evaluation to ensure technical objectives are met.
- Collaborate with physical designers and monitor IC layout progress.
- Work with Design Verification teams to complete all technical tasks before tape-out.
What you'll need
- Experience in leading an Analog IC design team.
- Background in BG, Supply monitors, LDO, ADC, Comparator, DAC, or PLL.
- Experience with product ownership.
- Experience with silicon evaluation.
- Ability to collaborate with physical designers, Design Verification teams, systems engineers, application engineers, and marketing.
- Experience in hiring, developing, and evaluating personnel.
