About the role
This role involves leading an Analog IC design team with product ownership from definition to release to manufacturing. The team creates ultra-fast (Multi-GHz) analog multiplexers and switches with NRZ/PAM4 signaling, handling multi-voltage domains, sub-Ohm ON resistance, nA-level off-leakage, and 40V fault tolerance.
What you'll do
- Lead an Analog IC design team with product ownership and responsibility from definition to release to manufacturing.
- Direct, guide, and participate in designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits.
- Make assignments for team members, provide design guidance, develop schedules, and monitor progress.
- Evaluate intermediate and final project results during design and silicon evaluation to ensure technical objectives are met.
- Work with and provide guidance to physical designers, monitoring IC layout progress.
- Collaborate with Design Verification, validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams for successful project completion and production transfer.
