Altera is seeking an Analog Design Layout Manager to lead the AMS SerDes Layout team.
About the role
This role is for an Analog Design Layout Manager who will lead and develop a team of layout engineers and first-line managers. The manager will own layout execution for AMS SerDes design.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of layout engineers and first-line managers.
- Own layout execution for AMS design.
- Partner with circuit designers, physical design engineers, and program managers.
- Drive continuous productivity and quality improvements.
- Manage headcount planning, performance reviews, and career development.
- Represent the layout team in cross-functional technical and program reviews.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in layout, circuit design, physical design, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing both individual contributors and team leads / managers.
- Experience in managing program execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
