About the role
What you'll do
- Contribute to specifying new products and evaluating optimal process nodes.
- Execute circuit design from the transistor level up to the system level.
- Perform comprehensive circuit simulation, logic verification, and develop test methodologies.
- Guide and verify physical layout implementation to ensure compliance with electrical rules.
- Lead debugging, characterization, and evaluation of devices after Tape-out.
- Assist test engineers in developing test programs and support product engineers in product release.
What you'll need
- Ph.D. degree (Fresh Graduates only) in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Microelectronics.
- Solid understanding of fundamental concepts in analog/digital circuits, semiconductor physics, and IC design flows.
- Familiarity with precision analog building blocks (e.g., Op-Amps, ADCs/DACs, References) and error budget analysis (offset, noise, drift).
- Ability to analyze clearly defined problems and select optimal solutions from existing alternatives.
- Familiarity with mainstream EDA tools for circuit design and simulation.
Skills: precision analog IC designer, low-noise design, high accuracy design, Op-Amps, ADCs/DACs, transistor-level design
