About the role
This role involves the design of analog circuits, with a focus on either SerDes or precision low-frequency circuits, implemented in process nodes of 5nm or below.
What you'll do
- Design SerDes circuits with experience in HF frequency.
- Design precision low-frequency DC circuits such as voltage references, current references, auto-zero comparators, and voltage regulators.
- Work with data rates of > 10 Gbps, with a preference for > 20 Gbps for SerDes circuits.
What you'll need
- Experience with HF frequency in nodes at 5nm or below.
- Experience with SerDes circuit design or RF.
- Experience implementing DC circuits such as voltage and current references, auto-zero comparators, and voltage regulators in nodes at 5nm or below.
