About the role
Lead the Wafer Test Solutions (WTS) Solutions Engineering team in the Americas, supporting semiconductor fabricators across advanced nodes, memory, analog, and silicon photonics.
What you'll do
- Lead the WTS Solution Engineers in the Americas to enable technology adoption, fab modernization, and test optimization. - Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and the Industry Solution Team to grow and sustain the semiconductor test business. - Drive value-capture initiatives by enabling and dynamically managing the technical resource pool across the customer base. - Build and develop a team of solution architects and engineers. - Identify and mentor engineering leaders within the organization. - Dynamically allocate resources to capture profitable growth in services while balancing pre-sales and post-sales engineering needs.
What you'll need
- 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales, or Business Development roles. - 5+ years in management or team leadership roles. - Demonstrated success leading teams to successful outcomes. - Strong understanding of the Solutions Engineering role in Customer Success. - Strong business acumen with the ability to balance profit and growth. - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
