About the role

This role involves leading a small team of AI engineers to build and pressure test AI solutions for NVIDIA's Finance organization.

What you'll do

Partner with the CFO organization (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement) to identify high-value problems and transform them into AI applications, agents, and automation.
Set technical direction and quality standards for how Finance develops and deploys AI, utilizing emerging technologies.
Review designs and code, make technical decisions, and establish engineering quality for agents, retrieval pipelines, and model integrations.
Own the technical evaluation of new external AI vendors, including defining selection criteria, running structured POCs and bake-offs, and providing build-vs-buy recommendations.

Experience leading engineering teams that ship production software.
Hands-on depth building AI systems and fluency in supporting data and system architecture.
A track record of delivering technology against business problems, in finance or a data-rich, regulated domain.
10+ overall years in software/AI engineering, including leadership and technical delivery.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. Additional finance or accounting credentials are a strong plus.
