About the role
The AI Developer Intern designs, develops, and implements AI agents to enhance employee productivity across departments including HR, Finance, Product Support, Customer Service, and CAD Design. The role focuses on implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and fine-tuning open-source models from Meta, Google, Deepseek, and Nvidia.
What you'll do
- Create AI agents to improve productivity across various departments based on user requirements. - Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content. - Utilize and fine-tune open-source models from Meta, Google, Deepseek, and Nvidia to optimize AI performance. - Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to integrate AI models seamlessly into existing processes and systems. - Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems to ensure high performance and reliability. - Research and implement techniques in AI and machine learning.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a PhD or MS in Machine Learning and AI, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R. - Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch. - Experience with RAG models and open-source AI tools.

- Familiarity with CAD software and design principles.
