About the role

This role is responsible for the business aspects of the MDP/ALD Service Business Unit Service Product Segment, including service product roadmap definition, product lifecycle initiation, and customer-specific service growth strategy. This leader will manage product management and customer-assigned business development for global MDP and ALD installed base.

What you'll do

  • Translate market analysis, equipment forecast, and customer performance data into market requirements for service product development.
  • Lead the team in defining the service product portfolio strategy, including requirements, roadmap priorities, and ROI for new and existing offerings.
  • Prioritize investments based on customer value, competitive differentiation, and strategic advantage.
  • Develop customer-facing service product communications to articulate features, customer benefits, and cost of ownership impact.
  • Establish operating cadence, metrics, and governance to track roadmap execution and customer outcomes.
  • Drive execution with field, sales, engineering, marketing, and service operations to convert growth plans into revenue and margin.

What you'll need

  • Advanced science and engineering degree with 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in leading product managers or commercial/business development teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product roadmaps, service offerings, and commercial strategy.
  • Experience in managing customer-facing growth initiatives in semiconductor, capital equipment, or service environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey service product value to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Strong financial acumen, including business cases, revenue forecasting, margin analytics, and pricing.

Nice to have

  • Semiconductor equipment, wafer processing, MDP (Metal Deposition Products), or ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) experience preferred.
