About the role

This role involves serving as a key member of the electrical test engineering team, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations to develop, optimize, and sustain test solutions for sophisticated microwave modules and systems.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, implement, and sustain test methods for complex RF, microwave, and electronic products.
  • Develop troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic processes for root cause identification and resolution.
  • Create, improve, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing test processes.
  • Develop and release test procedures and documentation for new products transitioning into manufacturing.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring manufacturing readiness, test coverage, and process robustness.
  • Analyze product performance, yield data, equipment performance, and manufacturing metrics for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

  • U.S. Citizen with the ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Knowledge of RF, microwave, analog, or mixed-signal electronics.
  • Experience interpreting technical data and using data-driven decision-making to solve engineering problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.

Nice to have

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or high-reliability manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing test operations and New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
  • Automated test development or test software experience.
