About the role
This rotational program prepares new college graduates for success as Field Sales Engineers, supporting sales growth through commercial and technical engagement with customers.
What you'll do
- Support sales growth through commercial and technical engagement with customers.
- Collaborate with FAEs and business units to align product offerings with customer needs.
- Assist in account strategy development and execution.
- Participate in customer meetings, product demos, and technical presentations.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.
- Contribute to regional sales plans and customer engagement strategies.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in customer-facing roles and technical sales.
- Willingness to relocate for rotation assignments and flexibility for final deployment location.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of electronic components and systems.
- Experience with technical presentations or customer-facing projects.
