About the role
This role involves analog/mixed-signal IP design for ARM-based MCU/MPU product development. The focus is on IP schematic design, analog and mixed-signal simulation, layout design, and IP view generation.
What you'll do
- Design analog/mixed-signal IP for ARM-based MCU/MPU products.
- Perform IP schematic design.
- Conduct analog and mixed-signal simulation.
- Execute layout design for IP.
- Generate IP views and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with SoC and Backend teams on IP integration.
What you'll need
- Master's degree in micro-electronics, electronic engineering, or relevant disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of analog/mixed-signal IP design, verification, and validation flow.
- Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso, Hspice/Spectre, Calibre, Matlab, QRC.
Nice to have
- Experience in LDO/DCDC/Data-Conversion/Clocking/OPAMP design.
