About the role
This role involves the design and development of analog and mixed-signal IC solutions within the Precision Analog and Interface business unit.
What you'll do
- Design and develop Analog and Mixed Signal IPs, including LDOs, LED drivers, GPIOs, XTAL Oscillators, RC-Oscillators, and Data Converters.
- Conduct development activities from design, layout, and simulation to physical validation for mixed signal integrated circuits.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize analog layout implementation.
- Support product evaluation and characterization activities with application and validation teams.
- Work with global design teams to enhance design methodologies and improve engineering efficiency.
What you'll need
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, graduating in 2027.
- Solid foundation in CMOS analog IC design, including analog fundamentals, device physics, semiconductor processes, analog layout, and basic mixed-signal concepts.
- Familiarity with EDA tools and SPICE simulation, with experience in the Cadence design environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Nice to have
- Internship, research, or tape-out experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
- Knowledge of low-power design techniques and precision analog circuits.
- Understanding of silicon validation and lab measurement methodologies.
